Key Responsibilities: * The Project Director will deliver high-profile projects, ensuring excellence in execution and outcomes. * Will work closely with the commercial directors to oversee and manage the financial aspects of the development, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. * Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the project, while ensuring the overall progress aligns with key milestones. * Provide regular updates to the leadership team, reporting on project progress and performance. * Contribute to the broader development of the business, offering strategic support to the leadership team. Skills and Background: * A strong background in M&E with proven experience in directing major construction projects valued at over £50 million. * Demonstrated ability to manage projects from tender stage through to successful completion. * Expertise in leading and managing diverse teams.
