Job Description:

A Light Assembly Operative is a manufacturing role that involves putting together small or lightweight components into finished products. Workers primarily operate from a seated or standing workstation, using hand tools, power tools, and precise manual skill to meet production and quality targets.

Skillset for this position:

• Manual Dexterity & Fine Motor Skills
• Hand/Power Tool Proficiency
• Reading Technical Diagrams: Following blueprints, schematic drawings
• Quality Inspection: Spotting visual defects, measuring to exact tolerances, and catching failed units.
• Repetitive Concentration: The capacity to work quickly and accurately on repetitive tasks without losing focus
