Job Title: 360 Operator

Location: Bideford, North Devon

Pay: 19-21 p/h

Job Overview
Options Resourcing Ltd are actively recruiting for an experienced 360 Operator with a Safety Critical Certificate on a site in Bideford, North Devon.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators and other heavy machinery for digging, trenching, and grading tasks
• Perform pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality
• Execute excavation plans accurately while adhering to project specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all health and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other crew members regarding project progress and any issues that arise
• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials as required
• Conduct routine maintenance on excavators, reporting any mechanical issues promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or in a similar role within the construction industry
• Valid CSCS Card (Required)
• NPORS or CPCS Card (Essential)
• Safety Critical Certificate (Required)
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Valid commercial driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to dig accurately according to project specifications while maintaining safety standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks associated with excavation work

Pay: 19.00- 21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
