Software Support Analyst - Sheffield - Hybrid - £30k

My client is after a Software Support Analyst; you’ll be the first line of defence when users need support with their intelligent automation solutions. What You’ll Do.

• Support users of our solutions - both clients and internal teams.
• Handle the configuration and setup of software products.
• Manage your workload proactively and contribute to our knowledge base.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and collaborate on resolutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Spot opportunities for improvement or potential sales leads.

Desirable.

• Familiarity with scripting (SQL, Visual Basic, JavaScript)

Exposure to platforms such as:

• Document Management (Therefore).
• Intelligent Capture (IRISXtract, ABBYY, FlexiCapture).
• Output Management (Uniflow, Papercut, Spindle).
• Business Intelligence (QlikView, QlikSense).
• Robotic Process Automation (Electroneek, UI-Path).
