🚀 Lead DBA - £95,000 + Bonus - Manchester (hybrid) 🚀
Are you fed up of just doing maintenance?
Do you want to own and build on top of a brand new platform?
As a Lead DBA, you'll lead the architecture and strategy of a large-scale, high-availability platform for a household name.
This isn't a role where you'll be disappearing into meetings all day either. They're looking for someone who enjoys getting their hands dirty and leading from the front.
Outside the hands-on work, you'll define best practices, influence key decisions and help develop the wider DBA function.
They've just completed a huge migration project, so you'll get to influence how the platform evolves as it continues to scale.

- Relational & non-relational databases
- High-availability and disaster recovery
- Linux administration
- CI/CD
- Infrastructure as Code
🤩 What they're offering:
- £95,000 base salary
- Bonus up to 10%
