Analytics Manager London (Remote First) Up to £120,000 This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of an analytics function within a fast-growing, product-led business. You will shape how data drives decision making, lead a growing team, and work across high-impact commercial and product areas. Data sits at the heart of their product, trading and growth strategy, and they are investing heavily in maturing their analytics capabilities. You will join a collaborative, pragmatic and impact-focused team that partners closely with stakeholders across the organisation. The Role Lead and develop a team of Analysts and Analytics Engineers. Act as the primary analytics partner for senior stakeholders across Growth, Trading, Product, Finance and Compliance. Translate business problems into clear analytical questions, metrics and decision-ready insight. Review and challenge analytical work to ensure accuracy, clarity and scalability. Drive best practice across SQL, data modelling, documentation and quality standards. Prioritise work effectively based on value, impact and capacity. Communicate findings, risks and trade-offs clearly to non-technical teams. Your Skills and Experience Strong commercial experience in analytics or analytics leadership. High proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write, review and challenge complex queries. Comfortable managing and developing a small analytics team. Experience working with stakeholders in product, growth or trading style environments. Familiarity with regulated industries such as gaming, gambling, finance or fintech. Experience with BI tools such as Omni, Looker or similar is beneficial. A statistical foundation and comfort being tested on analytical thinking. Experience in fast-paced start-ups or scale-ups, comfortable wearing multiple hats. What They Offer Salary up to £120,000. Remote-first working with London as the primary hub.
