Corporate Associate | 4–5 PQE | London
I’m currently instructed on an outstanding opportunity with an elite international law firm in London that is looking to hire a mid-level Corporate Associate into its market-leading practice.
The team advises on a broad mix of premium M&A, infrastructure and capital markets transactions for an impressive global client base, offering associates exposure to some of the most complex and high-profile deals in the market.
This opportunity would suit a lawyer with 4–5 years’ PQE currently practising at a leading City, US or international firm who is seeking broader transactional exposure, a genuinely international platform and a high-performing but collaborative environment.
The firm is particularly interested in candidates with strong technical ability, excellent academics and experience working on sophisticated cross-border transactions.
Applications are also welcomed from lawyers currently based in common law jurisdictions who are considering a move to London and who have gained experience at top-tier firms internationally.
