We are currently seeking experienced Driver's Mates to join a well-established logistics company based at Dartford Crossing, Kent.

£16.46 per hour
Working Hours
- Rotating shifts:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday
- Week 2: Tuesday to Saturday
- 6:00am start time
£16.46 per hour (Umbrella)
Can you reliably travel to Dartford Crossing for a 6:00am start?
The Role
As part of a two-person home delivery team, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with home deliveries to customers' properties
- Completing approximately 30 deliveries per day
- Loading and unloading goods safely
- Delivering products directly into customers' homes
- Ensuring the correct items are loaded onto vehicles
- Contacting customers with delivery updates and estimated arrival times
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Supporting drivers with daily delivery operations
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Driver's Mate
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable with manual handling and physically demanding work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
