The Role
As Head of Marketing, you'll be the driving force behind integrated, audience-first marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio of events, digital platforms, and brand experiences. You'll lead the strategy and execution of high-impact, cross-channel campaigns that drive ticket sales, grow audiences, and elevate brand equity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Planning and executing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, email, content, partnerships, and traditional media.
- Overseeing full marketing efforts including social, search and OOH advertising
- Own and evolve the brand identity across every consumer touchpoint
- Drive CRM and website optimisation to boost ticket sales and engagement
- Lead and mentor high-performing marketing and creative teams
- Manage budgets with a strong focus on ROI
- Report campaign insights and marketing performance to senior stakeholders
- Identify emerging trends, platforms, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with PR and influencer agencies to expand campaign reach
