We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time role, combining general classroom support with 1:1 assistance for pupils with additional needs. The Role: Providing general classroom support to help pupils thrive in their learning environment. Delivering 1:1 support to pupils with specific needs, focusing on both educational and emotional development. Assisting teachers with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and delivering engaging activities. Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for all pupils.What We’re Looking For: Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Have experience in a primary education setting, particularly supporting children with SEND. Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills. Are patient, compassionate, and passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.
