You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate statutory accounts, managing audits, and supporting global compliance initiatives—all within a collaborative and high-performing finance team.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead statutory reporting for multiple UK entities (IFRS & UK GAAP)
✅ Manage external audits and liaise with auditors
✅ Support SOX compliance and internal controls
✅ Collaborate with global teams on group reporting
✅ Drive process improvements and finance transformation
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 ICAS qualified (or equivalent: ACCA/CIMA)
📊 Strong technical knowledge of IFRS & UK GAAP
🤝 Experience in audit and statutory reporting
🌍 Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment
