**LONDON - CORPORATE PARTNER ROLE (JERSEY LAW/STRUCTURES EXPERIENCE)**

If you are a senior transactional lawyer looking for something a bit different then look no further. This international law firm is looking for a corporate lawyer to join the team and help them build their Jersey practice in the London office.

The firm is looking for someone with broad corporate experience including M&A transactions, private equity deal structuring, corporate real estate transactions and investment fund matters. You will either be a Partner in Jersey looking to relocate back to London or an existing London based Partner who has experience of Jersey structures.
