What You ll Be Doing
- Operating and overseeing a variety of production equipment and processes
- Carrying out day-to-day operational tasks (loading, dispatch, labelling, cleaning)
- Supporting with basic maintenance and repairs
- Monitoring production and completing accurate reporting/logs
- Identifying improvements to processes and contributing ideas
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality compliance
What We re Looking For
- Experience within manufacturing, production, or engineering environments
- A hands-on, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work across multiple tasks and adapt quickly
