Job Title: Machine Operator (4 Positions Available)
Location: Leamington Spa
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Initial training on AM shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm (for a couple of weeks)
Moving onto PM shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Pay Rate:
Starting at £12.71 per hour
Pay increase once fully trained and independently operating machines
We are currently recruiting for 4 Machine Operators to join a busy and growing manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a long-term role with progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating machinery in a fast-paced production setting
Carrying out tasks with consistency and accuracy
Maintaining high levels of attention to detail at all times
Adapting quickly to different projects and processes
Standing for extended periods throughout the shift
Requirements:
A strong work ethic and commitment to long-term employment is essential
Ability to learn quickly and work across multiple projects
Excellent attention to detail
Previous machine operating experience is desirable but not essential
