Joiner - Leisure sites

Location: Coventry

Salary: £35,000 basic + £150 standby on call 1 in 5 ) no calls after 10pm

Contract: Permanent 40 hrs/week 25 days holiday + BHs

Company van + fuel card - personal use of van within reason

We're recruiting for a rapidly growing Building Services company who are now looking for a qualified Joiner to join their friendly, professional team in Coventry.

You'll be based across a small number of leisure centre sites, so the travel's minimal.

What's involved:

• Carrying out fabric repairs and general building maintenance

• Completing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks

• Standby/on-call rota: 1 in 5 weeks (standby hours only - minimal callouts)

What you'll need:

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Joinery

• Solid experience with building fabric repairs and general maintenance

• A full UK driving licence

• Will pass an Enhanced DBS check (required after job offer, due to site type)
