Repairs Inspector

Our client is looking for a Repairs Inspector to be based in Flintshire

This role is to attend visits to properties that have reported maintenance issues.

You will expected to conduct an inspection on the property and arrange for a trades person to go and carry out the remedial works

Would ideally suit someone from a trades background

Pay is 23.00 per hour - 37hrs per week
