As a Key Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary commercial contact for designated key accounts, building strategic, long-term relationships
- Leading proposals, quotations, pricing negotiations, and contract renewals to ensure profitability and compliance
- Monitoring contract performance against delivery schedules, quality standards, and SLAs
- Coordinating internal teams to support new product introduction, engineering changes, and programme ramp activities
- Tracking account performance metrics including revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction, reporting insights to senior management
- Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and deeper customer integration
As a Key Account Manager, your experience will include:
- A background in account management or commercial roles within aerospace or aviation manufacturing
- Knowledge of contract management, negotiation, and commercial practices in a regulated environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and commercial reporting tools
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, or supply chain teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
