We are looking for a Structural Engineer to join a highly regarded national contractor/consultancy on a 12+ month contract. Based in Liverpool, with flexible remote working, this role offers the opportunity to work across an exciting and varied project portfolio including education, retail, commercial and conservation schemes.

The Opportunity
This is a great chance to broaden your experience by contributing to diverse and technically interesting projects while working alongside an award-winning team. You'll be supported by experienced Chartered Engineers and given the opportunity to strengthen your design capability in a collaborative, professional environment.
What you will be doing
Producing and checking structural design calculations, drawings, models and specifications
Coordinating structural design information with other technical disciplines
Supporting the design of building structures with guidance from senior engineers
Attending project meetings and working closely with clients and design teams
Assisting with consultations involving Building Control and statutory authorities
What you will Bring
Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
Knowledge of structural steelwork and reinforced concrete design
Experience using structural design software packages
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning
