Job Description
MK Search & Selection are currently working with a well respected M&E contractor with a turnover of 150m and a strong national presence delivering across sectors who require an electrical site manager to join their team on a contract basis to deliver a 30m M&E mixed use industrial project in Hull, East Yorkshire.
Reporting to an electrical project manager, you will be tasked with managing and motivating the specialist electrical subcontractors. There is only 10-12 weeks left on the initial project but they have another scheme starting nearby that will run for circa 12 months.
Role/Responsibilities
- Management of subcontractor labour
- Attend site meetings
- Progress reports
- Prepare contract documents I.e. method statements, risk assessments, RFIs, etc.
- Health and safety
- Review and amend RAMS
- Snagging
- Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project.
