Product Implementation Associate
Location: London, 3 days p/week
Salary: Up to £65k
Product Implementation Associate – Would you like the opportunity to work a fast-growing start-up, where you’ll be responsible for building the company’s platform as customers experience it. Bridging the gap between Sales and Engineering, this role is responsible for delivering customised software solutions to customers. You will gather customer requirements and translate them into effective platform configurations.
As a Product Implementation Associate, you’ll work closely with customers throughout the sales process to shape the right solution, lead implementation, and maintain long-term ownership of the relationship. This is an opportunity to join a growing team within a rapidly scaling organisation, contributing to how customers interact with the platform.
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Solutions roles
- 3+ years in a customer-facing or product role within a software/technology environment
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
