Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Experience Champion located in Worcester. The Customer Experience Champion will be responsible for handling customer support inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and engaging with customers to resolve issues. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service via Phone and Email, Processing Manual Orders, Engaging in Upselling conversations with customers to grow their partnership and contributing to the smooth operations of the warehouse where need be.

Qualifications
- Strong Organizational and Multitasking skills
- Customer Service and Customer Support experience
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Strong Computer Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in an account management/sales role is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial
- Fluent in English
Salary
