NOW HIRING - SHIFT OPERATORS
Location: Cockermouth
Pay Rate: 17.10 per hour
Temporary roles for approximately 6 months
37 hours per week
Adecco is delighted to be recruiting for a number of Shift Operators for a global manufacturing employer based in Cockermouth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing team with excellent rates of pay.
Shift Pattern (Alternating Weekly)
Monday - Thursday:
Mornings: 6am - 2pm
Afternoons: 2pm - 10pm
Nights: 10pm - 6am
Friday:
Mornings: 6am - 11am
Afternoons: 11am - 4pm
Nights: 4pm - 9pm
Duties Include:
Supporting operators with daily tasks and processes
Reviewing and following job order paperwork
Cutting rubber to specified lengths
Accurately weighing materials
Labelling and preparing products for storage
Storing items correctly on designated shelves
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Keeping materials, shelves, and storage boxes clean and tidy
Updating spreadsheets with stock and weight information
Experience & Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or production experience desirable
Basic IT and computer skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
