Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to support one of the world’s leading investment banking firms, based in London. This role focuses on delivering essential technical support for the firm’s desktop infrastructure, ensuring a seamless experience for users during a major network upgrade initiative.



This initiative will be a contract (Inside IR35) until End of year, with high chance of extensions. This working schedule follows a 4 day work week, where you will work across Saturday and Sunday

  1. s:Deskside support experienc
  2. e.Possess basic troubleshooting experienc
  3. e.Experience with Cisco Telephony, IPT Tetrics and Window
  4. s.Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  5. s.Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills to provide suppor
  6. t.Possess a high sense of autonomy, reliability and proactive communicatio
