Traffic Marshall

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Banksman / Traffic Marshal to join our team on a busy construction site in Wokingham.

Requirements:

• Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman Ticket (essential)
• Valid CSCS Card
• Full PPE (hard hat, high-vis, safety boots)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong awareness of site safety and communication skills

Duties will include:

• Guiding vehicle movements on site safely
• Managing site traffic and pedestrian routes
• Ensuring deliveries are directed correctly
• Maintaining a safe working environment at all times
• Communicating clearly with drivers and site team
