Software Engineer

.NET / React Developer - Fully Greenfield Project

Inside IR35 Contract Role - London - Up to £900 per day

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer (5+ years) to join a small, high‑impact team within a global financial institution. This role suits someone with a startup mindset, comfortable owning work end‑to‑end and building internal platforms used directly by front‑office traders.

This is a fully greenfield project to design and deploy a new trade monitoring system which the front office will use. Domain knowledge is not required and will be taught. This is a great opportunity to improve knowledge of financial instruments or your first step into the industry.

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience with .NET development and React
• Familiarity with event processing systems and messaging architectures
• Ability to work across both frontend and backend development
• Understanding of end to end delivery from architecture to deployment
• Ability to run with a task autonomously

Work Environment

• Hybrid working arrangement: 50% office time (3 days one week, 2 days the next)
• Small, collaborative team of 3 developers based in London

Contract Details

• Day rate: Up to £900 per day
• Duration: Long term project, minimum 2 years of work.
• Location: London office
