Quality Manager Are you an experienced Quality Manager or Senior Quality Technician looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? Our client, a leading healthcare organisation, is seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join their team. As the Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and coordinating the Quality Systems for the Ilkeston site, ensuring compliance with all relevant quality and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support external audits from customers and regulatory bodies. Conduct regular reviews of quality critical documents, systems, and procedures. Maintain quality critical documents such as manuals, SOPs, and audit reports. Support production, warehouse, and maintenance processes in maintaining quality standards. Take the lead in high-risk routine validation activities for sterile manufacturing. Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to targets. Manage temperature monitoring on-site and validate equipment and processes. Collaborate with HACCP teams to ensure quality at the site. Desired Skills and Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Quality Management experience in a regulated healthcare environment. Experience in cleanroom.
